TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, N.Y.
PRESENT: Roll call of Board Members:
Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilmen Kenneth Bates, Ronald Tepfenhart,
Richard Dodge, Albert Roberts, Supt. Roy Gilchrist, and Clerk June
GUEST: Jeff Timerman
ABSENT: No One
MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Roberts to accept the April minutes as
received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
STATEMENT: Councilman Bates motioned acceptance of the financial statement
for March, 2019 and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion.
- Letter from DANC asking the Town Supv. to sign an agreement
to give DANC the authority to make the Town GIS data
available on the public portal. Councilman Roberts motioned
for Supervisor Lane to sign the agreement and Councilman
Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Received report of inspection at the Moffatt Quarry. Passed
- Received Water District #1 annual drinking water quality report
for 2018. Anyone wishing to obtain this report may pick one up
at the Town Clerk Office during office hours.
- Letters were issued to property owners with notice to clean up
their property within thirty days of notice. The property owners
issued notices were Artemis Enterprises Plus LLC (Limerick
Store), Candy Brozzo, CR 59S, and Matthew Biondolillo,
- Planning Board Minutes not available.
- Ron’s monthly land use reports
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report from Amy Funk.
- Sent Bill to the Villages of Brownville, Dexter, Glen Park,
General Brown Central School with equal share of current
expenses for legal fees for the Black River Hydro Electric.
Each share including the Town of Brownville is $4,194.13.
- Received BCA update for Water District #2 with final design
phase 60 % complete.
May 9, 2019 has been scheduled for WD #2 easement signing at
the Town Office.
HIGHWAY SUPT: Supt. Roy Gilchrist reports Crew has removed snow plows,
cleaning up Reeds Bay Area. Plans are progressing to black top
the transfer site soon.
MEO Nathan Young pay scale increased to $23.20 on 4/15/19
removing his from probationary status to full time. Councilman
Bates made the motion and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded
the motion. Agreed.
CLERK: Clerk report given for April 2019. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned acceptance of the reports and Councilman Roberts
seconded the motion. Agreed.
- A request has been made for a speed reduction on CR54 from the
village line for about .3 miles toward Mullin Road. Councilman
Dodge motioned to proceed forward with request to the County
Highway and Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
FLOOR: No comments
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Bates
motioned to pay the General Bills ($36,534.80), the Highway
bills ($61,589.07) and the water bills ($20,006.08. Councilman
Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Bates motioned to adjourn at 7:22 PM and
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. The next town board
meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 PM on June 5, 2019.
