PRESENT: Gary Beasley, Ron McGregor, Mike Parks, Norm Peckham, Mark Kellar,

Jeff Timerman, Atty. Joseph Russell and June McCartin

 

 

ABSENT:  Tim Cerow

 

PUBLIC HEARING: None

 

MINUTES:     Ron McGregor motioned to accept the minutes of last meeting and Mike

Parks seconded the motion.  Agreed.

BUSINESS:   1. None

 

NEW BUSINESS:

  1. Biondolillo Subdivision- Perch Lake Road – 3 lots

Mike Battista presented an application for Donna Biondolillo to

subdivide 13.37 acres into three lots located off Perch Lake Road,

parcel #73.00-2-21.4.  Fees are paid and application is complete.

Mark Kellar motioned for a public hearing at 7:00 PM on October 7,

2019 and Mike Parks seconded the motion.  Agreed.

  1. Mrs. Schnabel Home Occupation – NYS Rte 12E

Jennifer Schnable present a recitation on the Green Stream TV

sales and requests a permit for a home occupation.  She will meet

with Ron McGregor for an application.

  1.  Building lot on Middle Road Question

Mr. Surdo inquiring about selling his lot which was an original lot

from the Marincic Subdivision.  This lots did not meet zoning

requirements and subdivision was not approved.  This Middle Road

lot was lot line adjusted to meet required size and has road frontage,

therefore is a legal lot and buildable.

  1. CenterLine Communications – Cell Tower- General Brown School

Application submitted by Brenda Blask-Lewis for Centerline for a

new cingular wireless PCS, LLC site plan review for installation of

a new wireless telecommunications facility at 17643 Cemetery

Road, Dexter, NY 13634.  Brenda has been working with General

Brown School on the project.  The Town needs school engineers

review with report to the Town and proof of insurance from the

contractor and AT&T.  Need feedback from school Attorney.  All

agencies involved need to be shown on the EAF.  Dismantling

agreement should be part of lease with notice to the Town.

REPORTS:       Reviewed Ron McGregors monthly report of permits.
