TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, N.Y.
PRESENT: Roll call of Board Members:
Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilmen Ron Tepfenhart, Albert Roberts,
Supt. Roy Gilchrist, and Clerk June McCartin.
ABSENT: Kenneth Bates and Richard Dodge
GUEST: Jeff Timerman
MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Tepfenhart to accept the Jan. minutes as
received and Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
STATEMENT: Councilman Roberts motioned to accept the financial statement for Dec.
and the annual report as received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded
the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: None
Jefferson County Highway Supt. James Lawrence sent letter to
Town o Brownville offering that the Town of Brownville take
possession of a portion of CR 59 from the Middle Road/59
intersection near the Rustic Golf Course to S. Baldwin Road with
Jefferson County taking possession of Middle Road from the
intersection near the Rustic proceeding northernly to the end of
Middle Road. The Board tables this for consideration at a later
meeting with motion from Councilman Roberts and a second by

- Ron’s monthly land use reports
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report unavailable
- Received updated letter from BCA with notice of 95% completion of
final design phase.
- No further contact regarding Glen Park Hydro.
HIGHWAY SUPT. Supt. Roy Gilchrist reports ongoing plowing of roads, repairs and
maintenance to summer equipment, Road patching and tree
removal on Middle Road.
CLERK: Clerk report given for Jan. 2020. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned acceptance of the reports and Councilman Roberts
seconded the motion. Agreed.
TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Received notice of resignation of Councilman Kenneth Bates
Councilman Roberts motioned acceptance of the resignation
and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion; agreed.
Motion was made by Supv. Lane to name Councilman
Tepfenhart deputy supervisor and Councilman Roberts
seconded the motion. Agreed. Councilman Roberts motioned
the appointment of Jeffrey Timerman to Councilman, effective
immediately upon the resignation of Kenneth Bates.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
FLOOR: No comments
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned to pay the General Bills ($78,635.10), the Highway
bills ($28,879.66) and the water bills ($21,595.07). Councilman
Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:15 PM and
Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. The next town board
meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on Mar. 4, 2020.
