TOWN BOARD MEETING                                      TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, N.Y.

 

 

PRESENT:    Roll call of Board Members:

Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilmen Ron Tepfenhart, Richard Dodge,

Albert Roberts, Jeff Timerman, Supt. Roy Gilchrist and Clerk June

McCartin.

 

ABSENT:      No One

 

MINUTES:   Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the June 3rd minutes as

received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

FINANCIAL

STATEMENT:  Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the January through May

financial reports and Councilman Roberts seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:  None

 

BIDS:              None

 

COMMUNICATIONS:

Incoming:  None

Outgoing:  None

 

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

  1. Planning Board Minutes
  2. Ron’s monthly land use reports unavailable
  3.         Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
  4. Monthly dog report (unavailable)

 

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

  1. Received WD #2 update noting final design phase complete,.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

1.Councilman Roberts motioned for Supv., Lane to sign an agreement

supporting negotiation for a PILOT for the Solar Array project at 18144

Game Farm Road, Brownville.  Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the

motion.  Agreed.

 

 

HIGHWAY SUPT.  Supt. Gilchrist reports Weaver Road ready to be paved.  Work being

done on CR 53 and CR54.  Crew has been trimming trees and

repairing signs.

 

CLERK:             Clerk report given for June, 2020.  Councilman Dodge motioned

acceptance of the reports and Councilman Timerman seconded the

motion.       Agreed.

 

COUNCILMEN:          Nothing

 

TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Dawn Willis was present with request for consideration from

the Board.  A lady, Sharon Rarick buried on her family cemetery lot,

Brownville Cemetery, must be moved as family gave no permission for

her burial several years ago.  The Mother of the deceased needs to

purchase a new space and have the body moved.  After consideration the

Board agreed cover the cost to open and close two graves if done within

one year from this date July,1st 2020.  All other costs fall upon the other

parties involved.  An agreement will be signed and witnessed by all

parties involved.,

FLOOR:                      No comments

 

WATER,

GENERAL AND

HIGHWAY BILLS:   Board Members reviewed the payables.  Councilman Timerman

motioned to pay the General Bills ($36,639.40), the Highway

bills ($17,200.96) and the water bills ($159.06).  Councilman

Roberts seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

ADJOURNMENT:    Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:37 PM and

Councilman Dodge seconded the motion.  The next town board

meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on Aug. 5, 2020.
