TOWN BOARD MEETING TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, N.Y.
PRESENT: Roll call of Board Members:
Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilmen Ron Tepfenhart, Richard Dodge,
Albert Roberts, Jeff Timerman, Supt. Roy Gilchrist and Clerk June
ABSENT: No One
MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the July minutes as
received and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the June financial reports
and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: None
Incoming: Received proposal from Teamsters Local 687 with proposed
changes for the upcoming contract renewal. Recommendations
tabled for future review and decision.

1.Brownville Court will reopen on 8/6/2020 after shut down from Covid-
HIGHWAY SUPT. Supt. Gilchrist reports Weaver Road and Star Schoolhouse road have
been paved. Shoulder work done on Weaver Road and B.Adams
Road. Surplus equipment was sold at auction, pickup truck, dump
truck and shoulder machine. New dump truck has been delivered.
CLERK: Clerk report given for July, 2020. Councilman Roberts motioned
acceptance of the reports and Councilman Dodge seconded the
TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Dawn Willis was present with regard for Brownville
Cemetery lot request to remove buried remains of Sharon
Rarick from her family lot. She has purchased four headstones
and the Rarick headstone prevents placement of one of her
purchased headstone on the lot. The mother of Sharon Rarick
refuses to have her daughter removed or move the headstone.
Clerk McCartin will call the Mother, June Switch to seek
- Brownville Transfer Site cleanup days are scheduled for
August 15th, 19th and August 22, 2020 for bulk clean up.
FLOOR: No comments
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned to pay the General Bills ($39,105.01), the Highway
bills ($67,922.63) and the water bills ($20,544.78). Councilman
Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to adjourn at 5:42 PM and
Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. The next town board
meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on Sept. 2, 2020.
