BUSINESS: 1, Water District #2 update, Councilman Roberts agreed to resolution for change order. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
NEW BUSINESS: 1, Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept bid on Epoxy Top Creations to create new countertop for meeting room. Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
2, Councilman Tepfenhart approved the Brownville/Glen Park Library contract for $6500.00 each, Councilman Roberts seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Councilman Timerman approved Cable Television Agreement with Spectrum Northeast LLC. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
HIGHWAY | Supt. Roy Gilchrist stated they are working on cemetery equipment. |
SUPT. | Patching roads and clearing beaver dams and clearing roads. Highway employees, Covid-19, I employee in quarantine with 2 cases in possible quarantine. |

GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Councilman Roberts motioned to pay the audited general bills ($43,709.45) and the audited highway bills ($24,071.16) and the water district bill ($2,204.69). Board members reviewed and signed the vouchers. Councilman Tepfenhart second the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Roberts motioned to adjourn at 5:28 PM and Councilman Tepfenhart second the motion. The next town board meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on January 6, 2021. Agreed.
