MINUTES: Feb. 1, 2021 minutes were accepted with motion from Ron McGregor and
a second from Mike Parks. Agreed.
- Jeramiah Calhoun – Auto Repair Shop – NYS Rte 180
At 5:03 Chairman Gary Beasley read the legal notice to received
comment on an application to operate an auto repair shop on NYS Rte
180, parcel #63.00-1-15.4. No one commented for or against the
application. With a complete application, fees paid and revised maps,
hearing closed at 5:05 PM.
- Joseph Parisian Subdivision – 2 lots – CR 59
At 5:06 PM Chairman Beasley read the legal notice to receive comment
on an application to divide 5.7 acres into 2 lots located off CR 59 Parcel
# 80.05-1-35. No one commented and the hearing closed at 5:08 PM.
BUSINESS: 1. Calhoun Auto Repair Shop
With a complete application, fees paid and revised maps Ron McGregor
motioned for a negative declaration on the short EAF and Norm
Peckham seconded the motion. Agreed. Motion for approval made by
Mark Kellar stipulating the applicant must reapply if significant
increase in activity occurs. Ron McGregor seconded the motion.
- Parisian Subdivision
With a complete application on file, fees paid and revised maps, Ron
McGregor motioned for a negative declaration on the short EAF and Tim
Cerow seconded the motion. Agreed. Norm Peckham motioned approval
of the application and Ron McGregor seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Peter D. Cosmo Subdivision – 2 lots – Middle Road and Baldwin Road.
Atty. Charles Livingston represents the applicant to divide over 350 acres
into two lots which are located off Baldwin Road and Middle Road,
parcel #80.05-1-37. Mike Parks motioned for a public hearing
on April 5, 2021 at 5:00 PM and Tim Cerow seconded the motion.

DISCUSSION: 1. Consideration for changes, if needed, to Code books.
Chairman Beasley suggested the Planning Board Members consider
any changes necessary to code for the next meeting.,
Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 6:00 PM and Ron McGregor
seconded the motion. Agreed.
Next meeting scheduled for April 5, 2021 at 5:00 PM.
