PRESENT:   Ron McGregor, Mike Parks, Mark Kellar, Norm Peckham, and June

McCartin

Mike Battista, Gerry Kostlyk

 

Peter Powell decided not to become a member of the Planning Board.

 

ABSENT:    Tim Cerow

 

MINUTES:    April minutes were accepted with motion from Norm Peckham

and a second from Mike Parks.  Agreed.

 

CORRESP.   None

 

PUBLIC HEARING:

  1. Mark Vanbrocklin Subdivision – 2 lots – NYS 12E- 5:00 PM

Acting Chairman McGregor read the legal notice to open the hearing at

5:01 PM.  No comments for or against the proposed subdivision.  The

hearing closed at 5:02 PM.

  1. Rosalyn Goutremont Subdivision – 2 lots- Weaver Road- 5:05 PM

Acting Chairman read the legal notice to open hearing at 5:05 PM and

closed at 5:07 with no comments for or against the proposed

subdivision.

  1. Christopher and Dawn Bastien Subdivision – 4 lots – CR 59 – 5:10 PM

Acting Chairman McGregor read the legal notice to open the hearing at

5:11 PM and closed the hearing at 5:13 with no comments for or

against the proposed subdivision.

 

UNFINISHED

BUSINESS:   1. Vanbrocklin Subdivision

After review of the application Mike Parks motioned for a negative

declaration on the EAF and Mark Kellar seconded the motion. Agreed.

Mike Parks motion acceptance of the complete application and Norm

Peckham seconded the motion with all agreeing.  Approved

  1. Goutremout Subdivision

With application complete Mark Kellar motioned for a negative

declaration and Norm Peckham seconded the motion.  All agreed. Norm

Peckham motioned for acceptance of the application and Mark Kellar

seconded the motion.  Agreed.  Approved

  1. Bastien Subdivision

A negative declaration was motioned by Mark Kellar and seconded by

Mike Parks.  Agreed.  Complete application was accepted with motion

by Mark Kellar and a second by Norm Peckham Agreed. Approved

 

NEW BUSINESS:

  1.    Mike Battista presented a proposed application to subdivide 5.6 acres

into two lots owned by Al Roberts off Bonney Road.  The divided lot is

pie shape but is within the lot size rules.  Expect application for next

month.

  1. Mike also had question regarding proposed subdivision by Richard

Stevenson on CR 53.  Division of lots will meet the subdivision rules.

Application pending.

 

REPORTS:   1. Rons activity report for the month reviewed.

 

DISCUSSION: 1. Norm Peckham motioned to appoint Ron McGregor to Planning Board

as Chairman and Mark Kellar seconded the motion.  All agreed.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:48 PM and Mike Parks

seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

Next meeting scheduled for June 7, 2021 at 5:00 PM.
