Charles Petrus came on Board to fill a vacancy

 

ABSENT:    Tim Cerow

 

MINUTES:    May minutes were accepted with motion from Norm Peckham

and a second from Mark Kellar.  Agreed.

 

CORRESP.   Letter from Elise Taetsch on Revised Layout for ForeFront Power.

Copy of Property Maintenance and Violation Appearance Ticket from

The Village of Dexter.

 

PUBLIC HEARING:  Mike Battista was to present Albert Roberts subdivision, however,

there was a misunderstanding, so no hearing was held.  Have set for next

Zoning Board meeting.

 

UNFINISHED

BUSINESS:   1. Roberts Subdivision – 2 lots, Bonney Road

Norm Peckham motioned to accept hearing date of July 12, 2021 at 5:00     PM and Mike Parks seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

  1.                 Richard Stevenson Subdivision – 2 lots, County Rte. 53

With a complete application on file Mike Parks motioned for a

public hearing to be held at 5:05 PM on July 12, 2021 and Norm

Peckham seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

  1. Joseph Peters Subdivision – 2 lots, County Rte. 59

With complete application on file Mike Parks motioned for a

public hearing to be held at 5:10 PM on July 12, 2021 and Norm

Peckham seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

  1. Anne Ciscell – 2 lots, Corner Allen Rd. & NYS Rte. 12E

With complete application on file Norm Peckham motioned for a

public hearing to be held at 5:15 PM on July 12, 2021 and Mark

Kellar seconded the motion.  Agreed. Paid $ 75.00 fee by check.

 

REPORTS:   1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.

 

DISCUSSION: 1. Mark Kellar was in question of zoning permit approved by Ron on

Stone Road.  King Willy’s Acquisition built barn on lot without a house

on the property.  Mark Kellar also inquired about status of situation on

County Rte. 59 for McGraw/Francis dispute.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:57 PM and Mike Parks

seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

Next meeting scheduled for July 12, 2021 at 5:00 PM.
