PRESENT:   Ron McGregor, Mark Kellar, Norm Peckham, Charles Petrus,

Tom Charlton, Atty. Joseph Russell and June McCartin

 

Mike Battista ,  Anne Ciscell & Husband

 

Tom Charlton came on Board to fill a vacancy

 

ABSENT:    Tim Cerow and Mike Parks

 

MINUTES:    June minutes were accepted with motion from Mark Kellar

and a second from Charles Petrus.  Agreed.

 

CORRESP.   None

.

 

PUBLIC HEARING:  Mike Battista was present for Albert Roberts subdivision

scheduled for 5:00 PM.  The application subdivides 5.6 acres into two lots

located off Bonney Road, parcel #63.11-1-37.  The Clerk read the legal

notice to open the hearing at 5:02 PM.  With a complete application and fees

paid the hearing closed at 5:05PM.

 

Clerk read the notice for hearing at 5:05PM for Kyle Stevenson subdivision

to divide 3.12 acres into two lots located off CR 53, parcel #72.181.32.2.

With application complete and paid for and no one speaking for or against

the application the hearing closed at 5:07 PM.

 

At 5:10 the legal notice for hearing was read.  No one spoke for or against

the application filed by Joseph Peters to divide 9.18 acres into two lots off

CR 59, parcel # 62.00-1-68.2.  The hearing closed at 5:12 PM.

 

The legal notice for hearing on application filed by Anne Ciscell to divide

51.6 acres into two lots located off Allen Road, parcel # 63.00-2-6.1 was

read. Application complete and fee paid the hearing closed at 5:17 PM.

Agreed.

 

UNFINISHED

BUSINESS: 1. Roberts Subdivision – 2 lots, Bonney Road

Mark Kellar motioned for a neg. declaration on the EAF and Charles Petrus

seconded the motion.  All agreed.  Mark Kellar motioned to accept the

application as presented for approval and Norm Peckham seconded the

motion.  All agreed.

  1.   Kyle Stevenson Subdivision – two lots- CR 53

 

Norm Peckham motioned for a neg. dec. for the EAF and Charles Petrus

seconded the motion. Mark Kellar motioned acceptance of the application

and Norm Peckham seconded the motion.  All agreed.

  1. Joseph Peters Subdivision – two lots -CR 59

Charles Petrus motioned for a neg. declaration for the EAF and Mark Kellar

seconded the motion.  Norm Peckham motioned to approve the application

as presented and Tom Charlton seconded the motion.  Agreed.

  1. Anne Ciscell Subdivision – two lots – Allen Road

Norm Peckham motioned a negative declaration for the EAF and Charles

Petrus seconded the motion.  Agreed.  Charles Petrus motioned to approve

the application and Tom Charlton seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

  1.        ForeFront Power has specific items that have been revised from the previous

approval.  With revised layout and changes to the project Charles Petrus

motioned for a public hearing to be held at 5:00 PM on August 2, 2021.

Mark Kellar seconded the motion.  All agreed.  This project is located at

18144 Game Farm Road and previously under EcoVue Consulting Services,

Inc.

 

REPORTS:   1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.

ADJOURNMENT:

Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:35 PM and Charles Petrus

seconded the motion.  Agreed.
