Planning Board Minutes 2/7/22

TOWN OF BROWNVILLE                                      FEB. 7, 2022 5:00 PM

PLANNING BOARD                                               TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, NY

 

PRESENT:   Ron McGregor, Mark Kellar, Norm Peckham, Mike Parks, Charles Petrus,

and June McCartin

 

Guests:         Jeff Timerman, Gerry Kostyk, and Mike Battista

 

ABSENT:     Tom Charlton and Jason Crump

 

MINUTES:   Charles Petrus motioned approval of the minutes for Jan. 3, 2022 and Mike

Parks seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

PUBLIC HEARING:  Willliam Quencer Subdivision 5 lots  – Star School House Road

The legal notice was read to open the hearing at 5:02 PM.  No one spoke

for or against the application therefore the hearing closed at 5:03 PM.

 

CORRES:      None

 

UNFINISHED

BUSINESS:  1. Charles Petrus motioned for a negative declaration on the subdivision

application filed by William Quencer and Norm Peckham seconded the

motion.  Agreed.  Mike Parks motioned to approve the application and

Norm Peckham seconded the motion.  Agreed.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

  1.         Mike Battista presented an application for subdivision filed by Mary

Lasage, CR 59 to divide 25+ acres into 2 lots.  With fees paid and a

complete application filed Mark Kellar motioned for a public hearing to

be held at 5:00 PM on March 7, 2022.  Charles Petrus seconded the

motion.  All agreed.

 

REPORTS:   1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.

 

DISCUSSION: 1. Board Members agreed to meet at 4:30 PM on Monday, Feb. 14, 2022

for a work session to discuss and review Town of Brownville Zoning

Codes.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:27 PM and Charles Petrie

seconded the motion.  Agreed.  Next regular meeting March 7, 2022.
