NOTICE CONCERNING THE
EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY
AND VALUATION DATA
(Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law)
Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Brownville which will be filed on or before May 1, 2019.
The information may be reviewed, in the Assessor’s Office 16431 Star Schoolhouse Rd. Dexter, NY on May 1, 8, 15 and 22 from noon until 4pm, May 8th from 4pm until 8pm and May 11, from 10am until 2pm. An appointment to review the assessment information may be made by calling the Assessor at 315-639-3037.

Notice is hereby given the Assessor for the Town of Brownville, County of Jefferson, has completed the Tentative roll for the current year and will be available for inspection at the Brownville Town Office Building, 16431 Star School House Rd., Dexter.
On “FOURTH TUESDAY OF MAY,”
The Board of Assessment Review will meet between the hours of 4pm and 8pm May 28, 2019 at the Town Office Building, 16431 Star School House Rd., Dexter, NY to hear and examine all complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing him/herself aggrieved hereby.
