PLANNING BOARD MEETING TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, N.Y.
PRESENT: Ron McGregor, Norm Peckham, Charlie Petrus, Thomas Charlton,
Michael Parks, Mark Kellar, Kim Raymond
ABSENT: Timothy Cerow
PUBLIC HEARING: None
MINUTES: August minutes were accepted with motion from Mark Kellar and
Charles Petrus seconded the motion. Agreed.
CORRESP: Letter of Intent from Saad Alam on the Davidson Farm, N. Shore
Road for all-inclusive slaughterhouse. In this zone district this project is
not accepted.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Forefront Power, Game Farm Road, motioned was accepted
by Thomas Charlton to go forward with the Solar Array with six (6)
changes and with exception that the DEC, DOT, and
Manager of Watertown International Airport give approval. Mike Parks
Seconded the motion. Agreed.
NEW BUSINESS: None
REPORTS: Received and reviewed Ron’s monthly report.
DISCUSSION: Storage shed placement on lot on Pillar Point with not enough set back.

seconded the motion. Agreed.
