NOTICE
On November 3, 2021 the Town Board of the Town of Brownville adopted Local Law opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or onsite cannabis consumption establishments within the Town of Brownville.
This local law is subject to permissive referendum and will not take effect until 45 days after its adoption
was passed. Petitions must be filed in the town clerk’s office within 45 days of the adoption of the local law.
