MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the May minutes as
received and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Incoming: 1. Received notice from Lisa LaBrake of resignation from her
position as court clerk effective June 10, 2022.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Planning Board Minutes for June
- Ron’s monthly land use reports
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report not available
- Constables report for May
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Update on WD2 with a revised punchlist.
The Board agreed to no financial responsibility for additional work to
determine the head loss (pressure drop) from the mainline to Mr.
Vanorsdells house. Mr. Vanorsdell will be responsible for this work if he
so wishes it done.
NEW BUSINESS: None
HIGHWAY SUPT.
Supt. reports Weaver and Ackerman Roads are ready to pave. Dylan
Droughton new hire for highway. Working on CR 59 drainage pipes.

CLERK: Councilman Terpfenhart motioned to accept the May clerk
report and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: Nothing
TOWN SUPERVISOR:

WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned to pay the General Bills ($74,434.29), the Highway
bills ($56,188.71) and the water bills ($5,923.31). Councilman
Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Timerman motioned to adjourn at 5:20 PM and
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. The next town board
meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on July 6, 2022.
