PRESENT: Ron McGregor, Norm Peckham, Mark Kellar, Charles Petrus,
Jason Crump, Tom Charlton, Atty. Joe Russell and June McCartin
GUESTS: Jeff Timerman, and Mike Battista

MINUTES: Mark Kellar motioned approval of the minutes for June, 2022 and
Norm Peckham seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARING: George Smith Subdivision – Star School House Road – 2 lots
Chairman McGregor read the legal notice to open the hearing for
application filed by George Smith to divide 117.50 acres, parcel 63.00-2-
52.1 into two lots. Hearing opened at 5:05 PM and closed at 5:07 PM
with no one speaking for or against the application.

With a complete application on file Mark Kellar motioned for a neg.
declaration and Charles Petrus seconded the motion. Norm Peckham
motioned to accept the application as submitted and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. All agreed.
- The Board Members reviewed the proposed amendments to the Town
code along with Atty. Joe Russell. Each amendment was reviewed with
Michael Bourcy’s comments. Atty. Russell will prepare the amendments
into a local law for Town Board approval.
- It was suggested the Town Board approve a moratorium on cell towers.
Atty Russell will prepare the moratorium for Board approval.

Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:35 PM and Charles Petrus
seconded the motion. Agreed. Next regular meeting August 8, 2022.
