PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Board of the Town of Brownville will hold a public hearing at 5:00 PM on October 5, 2022 to received comments on a proposed local law to establish a moratorium on the installation of towers or other structures for cell phone and personal wireless facilities on projects within the Town of Brownville to permit sufficient time to review its laws and to revise regulations that need more specificity to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Town of Brownville in connection with such projects. A copy of this proposed law may be picked up at the Clerk’s Office. The hearing will be held at the town meeting room at 16431 Star School House Road, Limerick, NY. Anyone in need of special services or accommodations for the meeting must notify this office within five business days before the hearing. All interested persons are invited to be heard.
