MINUTES: Charles Petrus motioned approval of the minutes for September, 2022 and
Mark Kellar seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARING: None
CORRES: Letter from Jefferson County Dept of Planning regarding the Moratorium.
The local Board is free to make its final decision.
UNFINISHED
BUSINESS: 1. The Board Members reviewed the subdivision application for Arthur
Hilts, Witt Road, parcel number 63.00-1-42. Charles Petrus motioned for
negative declaration and Mike Parks seconded the motion. Norm
Peckham motioned approval of the application and Mike Parks seconded
the motion. Agreed.
- Proposed local law #2 will be recommended to Town Board for hearing.
NEW BUSINESS:
Board reviewed an application for subdivision for Stacey Garrett, Cemetery Road and Game Farm Road. The application is for two lots and will be presented at next monthly meeting.
REPORTS: 1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.
