MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Tepfenhart to accept the October minutes as
received. Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Dodge motioned to accept the financial statements for
September 2022. Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC
HEARING: 1. Clerk read public hearing for Local Law # 2, 2022 at 5:03 PM about Zoning
Amendments. No comment for or against. Closed at 5:08 PM
- Clerk read public hearing for Town of Brownville Budget at 5:09 PM. No comment for
or against. Closed at 5:17 PM.

assistance for the 2022 year.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s monthly land use report
- Copy of transfer site tonnage (refuse and recyclables)

UNFINISHED
BUSINESS: The Town Board decided to table the purchase of chlorinating station for Water District #2
until the next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS: Councilman Dodge accepted 2023 contract for Guilfoyle Ambulance at $ 40,000.00.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed. Councilman Timerman
motioned to accept Local Law #2, 2022. Councilman Pickett seconded the
motion. Agreed. Councilman Dodge motioned to accept the 2023 budget.
Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
HIGHWAY Supt. Roy Gilchrist stated they have been working on ditches, and plow equipment.
SUPT: Changing over meters in water district # 1. Paving the 2nd week of November.
Received quotes on mini excavator to use on water repairs and cemetery work.
The quote from Catapillar was $ 68,467.00 and Tracey Road Equipment $ 73,225.00.
Councilman Pickett motioned to accept quote from Catapiller in the amount of
$ 68,467.00 for the purchase of mini excavator. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the
Motion. Agreed.
CLERK: Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the October clerk
report and Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None
TOWN
SUPERVISOR: Councilman Pickett motioned to pay stipend to highway employees with
water licenses. 2B licenses – Justin McCargar and Dylan Broughton $ 2,000.00
annually. Water license D – Alan Savage and Roy Gilchrist to receive
$ 1,000.00 annually. Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to pay the audited general bills
($18,627.47), the audited highway bills ($92,707.92) and
the water district #1 bills ($20,257.26) water district #2 bills ($16,239.86).
Board members reviewed and signed the vouchers. Councilman Timerman
seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Pickettt motioned to adjourn at 5:22 PM and
Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. The next town boards
meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM on December 7, 2022.
