NEW BUSINESS: Attorney Burrows and Mike Bourcy, along with Board members
discussed Zoning laws and amendments that are to be updated in the Zoning Law book. Once updates are complete, the Zoning Law book
will be posted on the Town of Brownville website.
REPORTS: 1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.
DISCUSSION: 1. Town Board member Mike Parks motioned to accept Mark Kellar
as Vice Chairman, and Tom Charlton seconded the motion. Agreed.
ADJOURNMENT:
Charles Petrus motioned adjournment at 5:58 PM and Norm Peckham
seconded the motion. Agreed. Next regular meeting is Monday May 3,
2023.
