MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the April minutes as
received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statements for
March 2023. Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC
HEARING: Hearing was presented at 5:05 PM for Prior Written Notice/Notification
of Defects. Closed at 5:11 PM
BIDS: None
COMMUNICATIONS:
Incoming: NYS Agriculture and Markets Dog Control Officer Report.
DANC Water Line Rates 4/1/23-3/31/24 increase
Charter Communications launching new program.
Outgoing: None
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s monthly land use reports
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS: Enact a Local Law requiring Prior Written Notice/Notifications
Of Defects (repealing and replacing Local Law 1 of 1981)
Motion for Resolution to Enact Local Law 1 of 2023 by
Councilman Dodge. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the
motion. All agreed.
HIGHWAY SUPT. Removing plows of trucks, working on County Rte. 53, next week
will start work on County Rte. 59. Cleaning up sides of roads.

CLERK: Councilman Dodge motioned to accept the April 2023 clerk report.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None
TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Solar Project meeting to be held May 11, 2023
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Tepfenhart
motioned to pay the General Bills ($32,049.59), the Highway
bills ($26,950.13) water bills WD #1 ($20,615.81) WD #2
(8,387.78). Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
FLOOR: Linda Wendell and committee on NY Citizens Audit.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:47 PM and
Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. The next Town Board
meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM June 7, 2023.
