MINUTES: Charles Petrus motioned to accept the minutes for May 1, 2023 and Norm
Peckham seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARING: None

UNFINISHED
BUSINESS: Board reviewed the revised zoning rules and regulations and Mike Parks
motioned to send copy to Town Board for approval. Norm Peckham
seconded the motion. Agreed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Daniel Sanford Subdivision
Application for subdivision was submitted by Mike Battista for Daniel
Sanford. The two lot subdivision is located off Doane Road; parcel
#72.14-1-30.1. A public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 PM on
July 10, 2023. Motion was made by Norm Peckham and seconded by Tom
Charlton.
REPORTS: 1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.
DISCUSSION: 1. A moratorium on Towers is currently in effect until November, 2023.
Charles Petrus motioned to continue the moratorium with no changes
to be made and Tom Charlton seconded the motion with all agreeing.

Mike Parks motioned adjournment at 5:25 PM and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. Agreed. Next regular meeting is Monday July 10,
2023 at 5:00 PM.
