MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the June minutes as
received and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Incoming: Agreement with Jefferson County for the term of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2027, to provide services for workforce.
Council Member Pickett motioned to accept agreement with Councilman.
Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s monthly land use reports
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report not available
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Casey Dickinson, BCA was present for update on WD #2.
NEW BUSINESS:
HIGHWAY SUPT. Surface treating for O’Connor, Miller, and Baldwin roads. Milling
and trimming trees with the Village of Dexter.

CLERK: Councilman Pickett motioned to accept the June 2023 clerk report.
Council member Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None
TOWN SUPERVISOR: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept recommendations to
open a Money Market account with Community Bank.
Council member Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed. Met
Rebecca Trudell for the position of Assessor. Council member
Dodge motioned to accept start date for Rebecca on October 11,
- Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Tepfenhart
motioned to pay the General Bills ($41,014.31), the Highway
bills ($79,476.08) Water bills WD #1 ($574.24), WD #2
($14,743.44). Council Member Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
FLOOR: None
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Timerman motioned to adjourn at 5:24 PM and
Council member Tepfenhart seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM August 2, 2023.
