PUBLIC HEARING: Sanford Subdivision 5:00 PM 2 lots Doane Road
After reading of legal notice Ron McGregor opened the meeting for a
public hearing at 5:05. Neighbor asked the purpose of the subdivision.
Mike Parks motioned for a negative declaration and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. Agreed.
Norm Peckham motioned approval of the subdivision and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. Agreed.
MINUTES: June minutes were accepted with motion from Mark Kellar and
Norm Peckham seconded the motion. Agreed.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: Mari Cecil Subdivision – Perch Lake Road – 2 lots
Application filed for a two lot subdivision for Mari Cecil, Perch Lake
Road. Fees were paid. Mike Parks motioned for a public hearing on
Aug.7, 2023 at 5:05 PM. Mark Kellar seconded the motion. Agreed.
REPORTS: Received and reviewed Ron’s monthly report.
