PUBLIC HEARING:
Mari Cecil and Cindy Brenon Subdivision – Perch Lake Road – 2 lots
Legal notice was read to open hearing on application to divide lot #73.00-2-24 into two
lots located off Perch Lake Road. The hearing opened at 5:05 PM and with no further
comments the hearing closed at 5:06 PM.
MINUTES: Charles Petrus motioned to accept the minutes from last meeting as received and Mike
Parks seconded the motion. All agreed.
UNFINISHED
BUSINESS: Mari Cecil and Cindy Brenon Subdivision – Perch Lake Road
With a complete application on file Mike Parks motioned for a negative declaration.
Charles Petrus seconded the motion with all agreeing.
Norm Peckham motioned for approval of the application as presented and Mike Parks
seconded the motion with all agreeing.

BUSINESS: None
DISCUSSIONS: Need a review of Local Law to adopt codes as too many question unanswered.

ADJOURN: Norm Peckham motioned to adjourn at 5:20 PM and Tom Charlton seconded the motion.
