MINUTES: Mark Kellar motioned to accept the minutes for August 7, 2023 and Charles Petrus seconded the motion. Agreed
PUBLIC HEARING: None
CORRESPONDENCE: Attorney Burrows letter pertaining to Solar Farm battery storage.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Board revised zoning rules and regulations to be presented to Town Board for approval October 4, 2023. Mike Parks motioned and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed
NEW BUSINESS: Matthew Barniak Subdivision
Application for subdivision was submitted by Mike Battista for Matthew Barniak. The 3 lot
Subdivision is located on NYS Rte 12E; parcel 73.00-1-68.7. A public hearing is scheduled for
5:00 PM on November 6, 2023. Motion was made by Mark Kellar and seconded by Mike Parks.
Daniel Sanford Subdivision
Application for subdivision was submitted by Mike Battista for Daniel Sanford. The 2 lot
Subdivision is located on Middle Rd.; parcel 72.14-1-30.1. A public hearing is scheduled
For 5:05 PM on November 6, 2023. Motion was made by Charles Petrus and seconded by
Tom Charltain.
REPORTS: Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.
DISCUSSION: N. Shore Road construction began on parcel without Town issuing a new permit
owner last applied 12 years ago. Stop work order was posted by Ron McGregor.
ADJOURNMENT: Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:17 PM and Jason Crump seconded the
motion. Agreed. Next meeting is Monday, November 6, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
