MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the October 2023 minutes as
received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement
for September 2023 as received and Councilman Timerman seconded
the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC
HEARING: 2024 budget 5:05 PM
At 5:06 PM the clerk read the legal notice for public comment on the
proposed budget for 2024. No one spoke for or against the budget.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s monthly land use report for October
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Monthly dog report not available
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Casey Dickinson, BCA was present for update on WD #2 and the
Chlorine Booster Station.
NEW BUSINESS: 1. Councilman Dodge motioned to accept 2024 Guilfoyle
Ambulance contract for $40,000.00. Councilman Tepfenhart
seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Councilman Timerman motioned to approve Library Contracts
for the Village’s of Brownville/Glen Park and Village of Dexter.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Councilman Dodge motioned to accept 2024 budget.
Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
HIGHWAY SUPT: Completed paving and striping of Perch Lake Road. Helping out
County on Route 59 with road work. Dressing trucks with plow
equipment. Councilman Timerman motioned to accept
$6,200.00 bid for Rotatory Mower from Stephenson
Equipment (SEI). Councilman Dodge seconded the motion.
Agreed.
CLERK: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the October 2023 clerk
report along with the Budget Modifications for 2023. Councilman
Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None
TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. Councilman Tepfenhart motioned for resolution to appoint
Rebecca Trudell for the position of Town of Brownville
Assessor. Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Dodge
motioned to pay the General Bills ($31,472.41), the Highway
bills ($284,271.86) Water bills WD #1 ($22,722.86), WD #2
($10,620.58). Council Member Tepfenhart seconded the motion.
