PUBLIC HEARING: Matthew Barniak Subdivision – NYS Rte 12E – 3 lots
Hearing opened on application to divide parcel 73.00-1-68.7 into 3 lots located NYS Rte 12E. The hearing opened at 5:02 PM and with no further comments the hearing closed at 5:05 PM.
Daniel Sanford Subdivision – Middle Rd. – 2 lots
Hearing opened on application to divide parcel 72.14-1-30.1 into 2 lots located Middle Rd. The hearing opened at 5:06 PM and with no further comments the hearing closed at 5:10 PM.

NEW BUSINESS: David Fralick Subdivision
Application for subdivision was submitted by Mike Battista for David Fralick. The 2 lot Subdivision is located on B Adams Rd.; parcel 72.00-1-59.14. A public hearing is scheduled for 5:00 PM on December 5, 2023. Motion was made by Charles Petrus and seconded by Mark Kellar.
DISCUSSIONS: Board inquiring about the progress on the Solar Farm on NYS Rte 12E.
REPORTS: Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed. Mike Parks motioned to approve and seconded by Tom Charlton. Agreed
