MINUTES: Mark Kellar motioned to accept the minutes for November 6, 2023 and Mike Parks seconded. Agreed
PUBLIC HEARING: David Fralick Subdivision – B Adams Rd. – 2 lot Subdivision
Hearing opened on application to divide parcel 72.00-1-59.14 into 2 lots located B Adams Rd. The hearing opened at 5:01 PM and with no further comments the hearing closed at 5:04 PM. Motion to approve by Norm Peckham seconded by Jason Crump. Agreed

NEW BUSINESS: New Zoning books will be printed soon by Coughlin Printing and posted on the Town of Brownville website.
DISCUSSIONS: January 8th as of right now no Planning Board meeting is scheduled.
REPORTS: Ron’s activity report for the month of November reviewed. Mike Parks motioned to approve and seconded by Tom Charlton. Agreed
