MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the February 2024 minutes as received and Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement for February 2024 as received and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
1. Ron’s February 2024 landuse report.
2. Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Casey Dickinson, BCA was present for update on WD #2 and the Chlorine Booster Station.
2. Councilman Timerman motioned to proceed with next steps regarding the previously discussed McAvoy/Parisian matter. Councilman Pickett seconded.

NEW BUSINESS: None.
HIGHWAY SUPT: Clearing and cleaning from the storm, as well as continued winter maintenance has been the primary focus for the month of February.
CLERK: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the February 2024 monthly clerk report. Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None.
TOWN SUPERVISOR: 1. The Town of Brownville is looking for a new website developer to begin after April 2024.
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Timerman motioned to pay the General Bills ($227,875.54), the Highway bills ($35,653.32) Water
bills WD #1 ($44,396.61), WD #2 ($3,535.61). Council Member Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.

THE FLOOR: Gerry Kostyk provided the Board Members with an update on spring burials as well as the status of the archives grant application process.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:31 PM and Council member Timerman seconded the motion. The next Town
Board meeting has been scheduled for 5:00 PM April 3, 2024.
