PRESENT: Ron McGregor, Charles Petrus, Mark Kellar, and Mike Parks

MINUTES: Charles Petrus motioned to accept the minutes for March 4, 2024 and Mike
Parks seconded. Agreed

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Moffat Rd Tower – application for site plan was submitted by Clint
Blinebry for Verizon Wireless and Jeff Szkolnik from Network Building
& Consulting. Site plan location is near 24550 Moffat Rd.
Verizon Wireless proposes to construct new 195’ telecom tower and
install antennas and ground equipment. Fees were paid and application
complete. Charles Petrus motioned for a public hearing to be held at 5:00
PM on April 1, 2024 and Mike Parks seconded the motion. Agreed.
2. Stone Rd Tower – application for site plan was submitted by Network
Towers LLC. Application complete and fees were paid. A public hearing
Is scheduled for 5:00 PM on April 1. 2024. Motion was made by Mike
Parks and seconded by Mark Kellar.
3. Dog Kennel – Application for site plan was submitted by Beau Ledburry
To build an enclosed dog kennel on B Adams Rd. Application was
Complete and fees were paid. Board agrees kennel must be 100 ft away
from neighbor property line and to consult with neighbors in regards to
dogs barking.

Mike Parks motioned to adjourn at 6:30 PM and Charles Petrus
