MINUTES: Mark Kellar motioned to accept the minutes from March 4, 2024 and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed
PUBLIC HEARING: Verizon Wireless – 24550 Moffatt Rd discussion was opened for the construction of 195 foot cell tower no questions from guests.
Network Towers II, LLC – Stone Rd discussion was opened for the construction of 195 foot cell tower no questions from guests.
Some property owners didn’t receive notification of the Public Hearing new notification letters to be mailed for the May 6, 2024 meeting at 5:00 pm decision tabled. Plans to be given to Jefferson County Planning Board for their April 30, 2024 meeting, also notify neighboring towns. Set to table decision and contact County Planning Charles Petrus motioned and seconded by Jason Crump. Agreed

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: No new information of Dog Kennel application submitted by Beau Ledburry.

REPORTS: Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed. Tom Charltain motioned to accept and Jason Crump
seconded. Agreed
DISCUSSIONS: Property owner on South Shore Rd,-Co. Rte 59 inquiring of putting a fruit stand and baked goods on his parcel, no application. Jason Crump stated property owner may need to contact County Highway about parking.
