PRESENT: Roll call of Board Members:
Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilman William Pickett, Councilman Ron Tepfenhart, Councilman Jeff Timerman, Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist, Town Clerk

GUEST: Casey Dickinson, BCA and Gerry Kostyk

ABSENT: Councilman Richard Dodge

MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the March 2024 minutes as received and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.

FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement for March 2024 as received and Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.

PUBLIC
HEARING: None

BIDS: None

COMMUNICATIONS:
Incoming: None

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
1. Ron’s March 2024 landuse report.
2. Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
3. Monthly dog report not available

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Casey Dickinson, BCA was present for update on WD #2 and the Chlorine Booster Station.
2. No new updates regarding the previously discussed McAvoy/Parisian matter.
NEW BUSINESS: There will be a propane bid next meeting.

HIGHWAY SUPT: Picking up tires, clearing and cleaning debris from the storm, and culvert maintenance. Teardown is beginning for the backup plow.

CLERK: Councilman Pickett motioned to accept the March 2024 monthly clerk report. Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed. Councilman Timerman motioned to
accept the provided proposal from North Shore Solutions for a new website for the town. Councilman Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.

Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept potentially moving to summer office hours. More details and communication will follow. Councilman Timerman
seconded the motion. Agreed.

COUNCILMEN: None.

TOWN SUPERVISOR: None.

WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Tepfenhart motioned to pay the General Bills ($22,058.07), the Highway bills ($29,786.67) Water bills WD #1 ($2,021.36), WD #2 ($4,565.34). Council Member Pickett seconded the motion. Agreed.

COURTESY OF
THE FLOOR: Gerry Kostyk provided the Board Members with an update on spring burials. The archives grant application process is on hold until the next round
of funding.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:32 PM and Council member Pickett seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled for
5:00 PM May 1, 2024.
