Brownville Planning Board Meeting May 6, 2024

TOWN OF BROWNVILLE MAY 6, 2024
PLANNING BOARD TOWN OFFICE, LIMERICK, NY

PRESENT: Mark Kellar, Charles Petrus, Mike Parks, Tom Charlton, Jason Crump, Norm Peckham and Christine Thurston
GUESTS: Mike Bourcy, David Brennan, Beau Ledbury, Jeff Szkolnik, Marcia Fields, George and Marjorie Kovalik, Ed and Marie Sykes
PUBLIC HEARING: Moffatt Rd. Tower – started at 5:00 pm David Brennan spoke stating that the tower is to be 195 feet high with a 4 foot lightening rod and generator. George Kovalik mentioned that he would prefer the tower to be moved back on the parcel of land.
Stone Rd. Tower – started at 5:05 pm David Brennan spoke stating that the tower is to be 195 feet with a generator. No comments from the public.
Mark Kellar stated receiving correspondence from Jefferson County Planning Department that a Agricultural data statement is required also FAA approval for sites. Vote tabled until next meeting. Charles Petrus motioned for June 3, 2024 meeting seconded by Norm Peckham. Agreed
Dog Kennel – Beau Ledbury presented a survey of the site plan for dog kennel and a notarized letter for approval from neighbor 56 feet from property line. Planning board stated that an application needs to submitted to the Brownville ZBA board for a variance.

ADJOURNMENT: Norm Peckham motioned to adjourn at 6:25 pm and Jason Crump seconded the motion. Agreed
