MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Dodge to accept the April 2024 minutes as received and Councilman Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement for April 2024 as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC
HEARING: None
BIDS: Two propane bids were opened. The bids were received from Heller’s Gas and Christman Fuel.
COMMUNICATIONS:

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
1. Ron’s April 2024 landuse report not available.
2. Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
3. Monthly dog report not available
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. The previously discussed McAvoy/Parisian matter has been tabled until next meeting.
2. The Chlorine Booster Station is complete.
NEW BUSINESS: Councilman Dodge motioned to accept the propane bid for June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 from Heller’s Gas at the fixed price of 1.474. Councilman
Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
HIGHWAY SUPT: Removed plows, worked on VanOrsdell’s meter, cleaned up brush, repaired signs and continued with roadwork.
Councilman Pickett motioned to accept bids for roof repairs to replace the leaking roof on the town barn. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded. Agreed.
Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the re-hiring of Alan Savage as a seasonal employee to help the highway department with summer tasks such
as roadside mowing.
CLERK: Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the April 2024 monthly clerk report. Councilman Tepfehart seconded the motion. Agreed.
Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the proposed budget adjustments. Councilman Tepfenhart seconded the motion. Agreed.
Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the Standard Workday and Reporting Resolution for Elected and Appointed Officials. Councilman Tepfenhart
seconded the motion. Agreed.
COUNCILMEN: None.
TOWN SUPERVISOR: A meeting will be held with a potential interim zoning officer while Ron is away for medical reasons.
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Council member Tepfenhart motioned to pay the General Bills ($16,301.91), the Highway bills ($14,540.84)
Water bills WD #1 ($21,170.40), WD #2 ($9,565.88). Council Member Timerman seconded the motion. Agreed.

THE FLOOR: Gerry Kostyk provided the Board Members with a brief update on spring burials, equipment and hours.
ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:28 PM and Council member Pickett seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled
for 5:00 PM June 5, 2024.
