MINUTES: Norm Peckham motioned approval of the minutes for April, 2022 and
Mike Parks seconded the motion. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARING: Weyauwega Properties LLC subdivision – 2 lots – Baldwin Rd.
With the absence of Ron McGregor June McCartin chaired the meeting
and read the legal notice to open the hearing on the Weyauwega
application at 5:03 PM. No one spoke for or against the application and
the hearing closed at 5:04 PM.

BUSINESS: 1. Weyauwega Properties Subdivision
With a complete application on file Mike Parks motioned a negative
declaration on the EAF and Norm Peckham seconded the motion.
Agreed. Norm Peckham motioned approval of the application for
subdivision and Charles Petrus seconded the motion. Agreed.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Joseph W. Davis Subdivision – 2 lots – Weaver Road
Mike Battista submitted an application for subdivision for Joseph Davis,
Weaver Road. After reviewing the application Mike Parks motioned for
a public hearing to be held at 5:05 on June 6, 2022 and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. All agreed.
REPORTS: 1. Ron’s activity report for the month reviewed.

ADJOURNMENT:
Norm Peckham motioned adjournment at 5:15 PM and Tom Charlton
seconded the motion. Agreed. Next regular meeting June 6, 2022.
