Permits are required for any construction, fences, garages, decks and sheds.
We will not be issuing permits for septic systems as of 8/2024. Anyone who would need a permit for septic system will have to contact Jefferson county codes.br>Permits are also required for subdivision of property.
If you are planning on doing any of the above or any type of construction, check with Ron to see if a permit is required.
