MEETING MINUTES
I ROLL CALL- Ron McGregor, Mark Kellar, Tom Charlton, Charles Petrus, Mike Parks, And Novina Green
II ABSENT- Jason Crump
III GUESTS- Fred Ball (NEXAMP), Lafave, White & McGivern representative and Deputy Clerk Michelle Kurzenberger.
IV PUBLIC HEARING
- Sawmill Bay Solar – public hearing was moved to December 2nd, 2024 at 5:05 PM due to waiting on other agencies to respond.
V MINUTES
- Mike Parks motioned to accept the October 2024 minutes as received and Tom Charlton seconded, agreed.
VI REPORTS
- Rons activity report for October 2024 reviewed
VII NEW BUISINESS
- Cassandra Cole Subdivision – NYS Land Surveyor Mike Johnson presented the board with a subdivision for parcel # 73.00-2-20.4 to subdivide 7.20 acres into 2 lots. Board members agreed that neighbors must be notified by surveyors. Charles Petrus motioned for a public hearing on December 2nd, 2024 at 5:00PM and Mark Keller seconded.
VIII OLD BUSINESS
- Sawmill Bay Solar Project – Fred Ball updated the board members as we cannot move forward until we hear a respond back from other agencies. Due to waiting on them, the Town of Brownville is unable to declare lead agency. Board members inquired about EAF part 2 and part 3, Mr. Ball mentioned that he will notify BCA Engineer Casey Dickinson with any updates. Mr. Ball also mentioned opening an escrow account.
IX DISCUSSION
Mike Parks inquired about building on the corner of Limerick and 12E.
X ADJOURNMENT
Tom Charlton motioned to adjourn at 5:20PM and Mark Keller seconded, agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for December 2nd, 2024, at 5:00 PM
