I ROLL CALL- Mark Kellar, Tom Charlton, Charles Petrus, Norman
Peckham, Mike Parks, Ron McGregor and Shiloh Schloop
II ABSENT- Jason Crump
III GUESTS- New York surveyor Paul Bragger, Town of Brownville Councilmen Jeff Timerman, Blue Sky Endeavors representative
IV PUBLIC HEARING: Maria Arygros 2 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:00PM and with no questions or comments for or against the subdivision, the hearing closed at 5:05PM Mike Parks motion to close public hearing Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.
PUBLIC HEARING: Michael Parisian 2 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:05PM New York surveyor Paul Bragger presented the board with larger maps, board members requested a second public hearing to be sure notices are sent out too surrounding neighbors, with no questions or comments, the hearing closed at 5:10PM Charles Petrus motion to close public hearing Norman Peckham seconded. Agreed.
V MINUTES
- Mike Parks motioned to accept May 2025 minutes as received and Ron McGregor second agreed.
VI REPORTS
- Toms Report for the month of May 2025 reviewed.
VII NEW BUSINESS- Board members wanted to address the metal storage containers, whether land owner will need a permit for them if they are permanent or moveable.
OLD BUSINESS- Blue Sky Endeavors representative presented board members with larger maps with no questions or comments Charles Petrus motion for a public hearing on July 7th at 5:00PM Ron McGregor seconded. Agreed.
