1. ROLL CALL – Mark Kellar, Mike Parks, Charles Petrus, Jason Crump, Norman Peckham and Shiloh Schloop.

2. ABSENT – Ron McGregor and Mike Battista

3. GUEST – None

4. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel# 63.00-2-59.32 2 lot subdivision the hearing opened at 5:00PM and with no questions or comments Charles Petrus made a motion to close the hearing at 5:05PM and Mike Parks seconded. A negative declaration was made by Mike Parks seconded by Jason Crump. Norman Peckham made a motion to approve the maps as presented and Jason Crump seconded. Agreed.

5. MINUTES – Mike Parks made a motion to approve the minutes from September 2026 as received Norman Peckham seconded. Agreed.

6. REPORTS – Mikes report for September 2026 reviewed.

11. ADJOURNMENT – Norman Peckham made a motion to close the meeting at 5:10PM Jason Crump seconded. Agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for November 2^nd, 2026 at 5:00PM.
