Permits are required for any construction, fences, garages, decks and sheds.

We will not be issuing permits for septic systems as of 8/2024. Anyone who would need a permit for septic system will have to contact Jefferson county codes.

Permits are also required for subdivision of property.
If you are planning on doing any of the above or any type of construction, check with Tom to see if a permit is required.
