MINUTES
PRESENT: Roll call of Board Members:
Supv. Richard D. Lane, Councilman Jeff Timerman, Councilman Ron Tepfenhart,
Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist and Town Clerk Novina Green

ABSENT: Councilman Richard Dodge and Councilman Bill Pickett

HEARING: None
MINUTES: Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the March 2025 clerk minutes as received
and Councilman Tepfenhart seconded. Agreed
FINANCIAL
STATEMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to accept the financial statement
for March 2025 as received and Councilman Timmerman seconded
the motion. Agreed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
- Ron’s March 2025 report
- Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
- Clerk Monthly Financial Report March 2025
- Planning Board Minutes for March 2025
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
- Booster Station – Casey Dickinson provided the Board members updates on the booster station. He stated that the contractor will be visiting the station on April 15th to perform general updates to the system and hopefully try to diagnose/fix the last remaining issue with the pumps cutting out at high flows.
NEW BUSINESS: None
HIGHWAY SUPT:
- Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist updated the board members with maintenance performed around the building, tree removals on DANC line and some road work. Water office is being worked on and almost completed.
CLERK: 1. Motion from Councilman Tepfenhart to accept the clerk financial report for
March 2025 as received, and Councilman Timmerman seconded the motion. Agreed.
- Board members agree to table the TxtmyGov proposal until further information has been received.
COMMUNI
CATIONS: 1. Town received a letter from Brownville Busy BG’S Seniors requesting $1800.00 to
contribute towards their trips for the year.
COUNCILMEN: None
TOWN SUPERVISOR:
1.Supervisor Richard Lane presented the board with Ron McGregor’s letter of
resignation.
WATER,
GENERAL AND
HIGHWAY BILLS: Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Timmerman motioned to
pay the General Bills ($128,618.05), the Highway bills ($40,697.09) Water bills WD
#1 ($399.28), WD #2 ($121.76). Council Member Tepfenhart seconded the
motion. Agreed.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilman Tepfenhart motioned to adjourn at 5:30 PM and Councilman
Timerman seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled
for 5:00 PM April 2nd, 2025.
