MINUTES:   Motion from Councilman Timerman to accept the December 2025 clerk minutes as  received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

FINANCIAL

STATEMENT:  Councilman Timerman motioned to accept the financial statement for November 2025 as received and Councilman Ganter seconded the  motion.  Agreed.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

1. Copy of transfer site tonnage of refuse and recyclables
2. Clerk Monthly Financial Report for December 2025
3. Clerk Annual Financial Report for January 2025 thru December 2025
4. Planning Board minutes for 12/01/2025 and 12/15/2025

 

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1. Zoning Officer – Land Surveyor dual role for the Town of Brownville.
2. Letter to the Village of Brownville – Councilman Timerman motioned to send response letter to the Village seconded by Councilman Dodge.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Councilman Timerman made a motion to re appoint Norman Peckham as Planning Board Chairman with a term to 12/31/2032 seconded by Councilman Dodge. Agreed
2. Councilman Dodge motioned to reject bid for 2001 Dump Truck seconded by Councilman Timerman. Agreed

 

HIGHWAY SUPT: Highway Superintendent Roy Gilchrist gave an update to the board members with

Replacing signs, servicing summer equipment and plowing

 

CLERK:           Motion from Councilman Timmerman to accept the December 2025 clerk financial

Report as received and Councilman Dodge seconded the motion. Agreed.

 

Annual Report for Year 2025 was provided. Councilman Ganter motioned to accept

Seconded by Councilman Timerman. Agreed

 

COMMUNI

CATIONS:

Incoming

1. Letter from Edward Brown regarding biosolids. Board members agreed to wait after assembly to move forward.
2. NYS DOT 10 Year Agreement – Councilman Dodge motioned for a resolution to accept the agreement seconded by Councilman Ganter. Agreed

WATER,

GENERAL AND

HIGHWAY BILLS:  Board Members reviewed the payables. Councilman Timmerman motioned to

pay the General Bills ($31,540.73), the Highway bills ($42,383.67) Water bills WD

#1 ($2,107.61) WD #2 ($2,326.78). Councilman Ganter seconded the motion. Agreed.

ADJOURNMENT:    Councilman Timerman motioned to adjourn at 5:30 PM and Councilman

Dodge seconded the motion. The next Town Board meeting has been scheduled

for 5:00 PM February 4^th , 2026.
