I ROLL CALL- Ron McGregor, Mark Kellar, Tom Charlton, Mike Parks, Jason Crump, Norman
Peckham, Charles Petrus and Shiloh Schloop

III GUESTS- NYS Land Surveyor Mike Battista, Fred Ball (NEXAMP), Councilman Jeff Timerman,
Edwin P, and Town Clerk Novina Green
IV PUBLIC HEARING :
- Michael Pedroncelli lot line adjustment – to combine parcel # 63.00-2-59.4 with parcel # 63.00-2-59.3 the hearing opened at 5:00PM and with no questions or comments for or against the lot line adjustment, the hearing closed at 5:05PM. Mike Parks motioned for a negative declaration, seconded by Norman Peckham. Tom Charlton motioned to accept the negative declaration and Mike Parks seconded. Agreed
- Greg Hoppel subdivision – to subdivide parcel # 62.00-1-25.9 into 4 lots. The hearing opened at 5:10PM. As requested by Mark Kellar, Mike Battista provided an updated map showing the continuance of owners near property as the previous map did not provide that. With no other questions or comments for or against the subdivision, the hearing closed at 5:20PM. Tom Charlton motioned for a negative declaration seconded by Jason Crump. Agreed. Charles Petrus motioned to accept the negative declaration and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed
V MINUTES
- Mike Parks motioned to accept the February 2025 minutes as received and Jason Crump seconded, agreed.
VI REPORTS
- Rons Report for the month of February 2025 reviewed.
VII NEW BUSINESS-
- Sawmill Bay Solar – Fred Ball from NEXAMP presented the planning board members with a site plan amendment. They would like to change the road as it is too close to neighboring properties. The new road would move near a hedgerow. Mike Parks motioned for a public hearing for April 7th at 5:00PM seconded by Mike Parks. Agreed
VIII INCOMING– None
IX DISCUSSION –
- Mike Parks had questions regarding the utility trailer business on the corner of Limerick light. Ron McGregor stated that he will contact them.
X COURTESY OF THE FLOOR –
- Edwin P had questions regarding the Hoppel subdivision

Tom Charlton motioned to adjourn at 5:40PM and Norman Peckham seconded, agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for April 7th , 2025, at 5:00 PM.
