3. GUEST- Gerry Kostyk, Taylor Jones, Peter Leubner, Councilman Jeff Timerman

4. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel# 72.00-2-31.61 2 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:00PM Mike Parks made a motion for a negative declaration and Ron McGregor seconded. Agreed. Mike Battista made a motion to close the public hearing at 5:05PM Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

5. MINUTES- Charles Petrus made a motion to accept December 1^St 2025 minutes as received Ron McGregor second. Agreed.

6. MINUTES- Ron McGregor made a motion to accept minutes from December 15^th minutes as received Mike Parks second. Agreed.

7. NEW BUSINESS- None
