MEETING MINUTES                                                                                                    AUGUST 3^RD, 2026

1. ROLL CALL – Mark Kellar, Ron McGregor, Mike Battista, Mike Parks, Charles Petrus, Jason Crump, Norman Peckham, and Shiloh Schloop

2. ABSENT – None

3. GUEST – Council member Jeff Timerman, Stephan Gracey from Lafave, White and McGivern, Marshall and Tamara Spies, Paul Bragger and Spencer Suddith from Black River Land Surveying.

4. Public Hearing – Parcel# 72.00-1-59.11 2 lot subdivision the hearting opened at 5:00pm the board was presented with larger maps and with no questions or comments Ron McGregor made a motion to close the hearing, Mike Parks seconded. Agreed. A negative declaration was motioned by Ron McGregor seconded by Mike Parks. Agreed. Motion to approve the public hearing made by Mike Parks seconded by Jason Crump.

5. MINUTES – Mike Battista made a motion to accept the July 2026 minutes Mike Parks seconded. Agreed.

6. REPORTS – Mikes report for July reviewed.

7. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel# 73.00-1-81 1 lot subdivision with no questions or comment on the maps presented Charles Petrus made a motion for a public hearing for September 14^th, 2026, at 5:00PM and Mike Parks seconded the motion. Agreed.

8. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel# 80.00-1-28.1 2 lot subdivision Paul Bragger presented the board members with maps for the subdivision with no questions or comments Mike Parks made a motion for a public hearing for September 14^th, 2026, at 5:00PM Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

9. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel# 80.00-1-32.22 2 lot subdivision with 2 lot line adjustment Stephan Gracey from Lafave, White and McGivern presented the board members with maps showing the subdivision with the lot line adjustment. Mike Parks made a motion for a public hearing set for September 14^th, 2026, at 5:00PM Jason Crump seconded. Agreed.

10. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel# 72.00-1-7.1 1 lot subdivision Stephan Gracey from Lafave, White and McGivern presented the board members with maps for the lot subdivision with no questions or comments Charles Petrus made a motion for a public hearing on September 15^th, 2026, at 5:00PM Ron McGregor seconded. Agreed.

11. OLD BUSINESS – None

12. DISCUSSION – Mike presented to the board regarding Joanne Freeland complaints regarding John Tuckers property.

13. COURTESY OF THE FLOOR – None

14. ADJOURNEMENT – Norman Peckham made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:30PM Jason Crump seconded. Agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for September 14^th, 2026, at 5:00PM.
