1. Ron McGregor motioned to accept July 2025, minutes as received, and Charles Petrus second agreed.

 

VI            REPORTS

1. Toms Report for the month of July 2025 reviewed.

 

VII          NEW BUSINESS- Parcel# 73.00-0-3.21 4 lot subdivision with no question or comments, Ron McGregor motion for public hearing September 8^th, 2025, and Mike Parks seconded. Agreed.

 

OLD BUSINESS- None

 

VIII         INCOMING– Planning board members went over email from Beacon Harbor Solar.

 

 

IX            DISCUSSION – None

ADJOURNMENT- Norman Peckham motioned to adjourn at 5:10PM and Charles Petrus second agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for September 8^th, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
