1. ROLL CALL- Tom Charlton, Charles Petrus, Norman Peckham, Mike Parks, Ron McGregor, and Shiloh Schloop

1. ABSENT- Jason Crump, Mark Kellar

• GUEST- Doreen Hanson, Kathleen Cowles, Mike Basttista

PUBLIC HEARING- Parcel# 73.00-1-3.21 4 lot subdivision hearing opened at 5:00pm New York Surveyor Mike Battista with no questions or comments Charles Petrus made motion for a negative declaration and Tom Charlton second, agreed. Motion to close public hearing at 5:05PM by Ron McGegor, Norman Peckham seconded, agreed.

1. MINUTES- Norman Peckham motioned to accept August 2025, minutes as received and Ron McGregor seconded. Agreed.

1. REPORTS- Toms Report for the month of August 2025 reviewed.

• NEW BUSSINESS- None

• OLD BUSSINESS- None

DISSCUSSION- Tom Charlton last day as planning board member and zoning officer is 09/08/2025.

1. INCOMING- At the Town of Brownville Board meeting held on September 3^rd, 2025 at 5:00PM Councilman Bill Picket motioned to appoint Mike Battista as zoning officers for the Town of Brownville with a term to begin on September 8^th, 2025 seconded by councilman Ron Tepfenhart. Agreed.

1. OUTGOING- None

COURTESY OF THE FLOOR- Kathleen Cowels presented the board with building a garage big enough for box trucks, and storage for construction materials making sure it meets setbacks.

ADJOURNMENT- Charles Petrus motioned to adjourn at 5;30pm and Norman Peckham seconded. Next meeting is scheduled for October 6^th, 2025 at 5:00PM.
