1. ROLL CALL – Ron McGregor, Mike Battista, Charles Petrus, Norman Peckham, and Shiloh Schloop

2. ABSENT – Mark Kellar, Mike Parks, Jason Crump

3. GUEST – Council member Jeff Timerman, Stephan Gracey from LaFave, White and McGivern, Paul Bragger, Tamara Spies, Jerry Thompson, Joesph Thompson, And Andrew Hughes.

4. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel#73.00-1-81 2 lot subdivision the hearing opened at 5:00PM with no questions or comments Norman Peckham made a motion to close the hearing at 5:03PM Charles petrus seconded. Charles Petrus made a motion for a negative declaration Ron McGregor seconded. Motion to approved maps as presented by Norman Peckham and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

5. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel#80.00-1-28.1 2 lot subdivision the hearing opened at 5:05 PM with no questions or comments Mike Battista made a motion to close the hearing at 5:07Pm Charles Petrus seconded. Mike Battista made a motion for a negative declaration an Norman Peckham seconded. Charles Petrus made a motion to approve maps as presented and Mike Battista seconded.

6. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel#80.00-1-32.22 2 lot subdivision with 2 lot line adjustments the hearing opened at 5:10PM with no questions or comments Charles Petrus made a motion to close the hearing and Norman Peckham seconded. Charles Petrus made a motion for a negative declaration and Ron McGregor seconded. Mike Battista made a motion to approve the maps as presented and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

7. PUBLIC HEARING – Parcel#72.00-1-7.1 2 lot subdivision the hearing opened at 5:15pm with no questions or comments Mike Battista made a motion to close the hearing and Norman Peckham seconded. Charles petrus made a motion for a negative declaration and Mike Battista seconded. Norman Peckham made a motion to approve the maps as presented to the board and Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

8. MINUTES – Mike Battista made a motion to accept August 2026 minutes as received Norman Peckham seconded. Agreed.

9. REPORTS – Mikes report for August reviewed.

10. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel#63.00-2-59.32 2 lot subdivision was presented to the board members and with no questions or comments Norman Peckham made a motion for a public hearing on October 5th, 2026 at 5:00PM Charles Petrus seconded. Agreed.

11. OLD BUSINESS – None

12. DISCUSSION – None

14. ADJOURNMENT – Norman Peckham made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:25PM Ron McGregor seconded. Agreed. Next meeting is scheduled for October 5^th, 2026 at 5:00PM.
