1. ROLL CALL – Mark Kellar, Mike Parks, Charles Petrus, Jason Crump, Ron McGregor, Mike Battista and Shiloh Schloop.

2. ABSENT – Norman Peckham

3. GUEST – Jeff Timerman

4. PUBLIC HEARING – None

5. MINUTES – Ron McGregor made a motion to accept September 8^th, 2025, minutes as received and Mike parks seconded. Agreed.

6. REPORTS – Mikes report for the month of October 2025 reviewed.

7. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel #80.00-1-16 1 lot subdivision with no questions or comments, Ron McGregor motion for a public hearing December 1^st 2025, and Jason Crump seconded.

8. NEW BUSINESS – Parcel #80.00-1-13 1 lot subdivision with no questions or comments Charles Petrus motion for a public hearing December 1^st 2025, Ron McGregor seconded.

9. OLD BUSINESSS – None

10. DISCUSSION – Planning board members brought up shipping containers that residents are putting on their property and weather permits will be required.
